Left my poetry journal at home and need a place to keep notes.
In the middle of my Robot Unit in my engineering class I heard something that I want use. It is actually how the robot is programmed in combination with the configuration of the wires. The problem is easily fixed. I may or may not use it, but here is the quote:
"Now forward is backward and backward is forward."
“People assume that time is a strict progression of cause to effect, but actually from a non-linear, non-subjective viewpoint - it's more like a big ball of wibbly wobbly... time-y wimey... stuff.” Not only does this quote that you’ve shared remind me of Doctor Who, which is from where the above quote originated, but it also gives me a sort of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland vibe. When writing, at least for me, I find that I do become a little mad, in the truest sense of the word. If you were to use this in a poem you could always go the route of history always repeats itself. Or, if I were you, I would talk about how the world of engineering is a mystical land in it of itself and how everything you learned in the past is just scratching the surface of what there is to learn and accomplish. You could talking about walking through a land of gears and steam engines and even the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, if you want to get really ancient.
